A selection of our recent prefab extension projects across the UK — from compact garden studios and home offices to generous kitchen extensions and open-plan family rooms. Every build below sits on a precision-poured concrete raft foundation, arrives as a prefabricated envelope, and is installed and finished in a fraction of the time of a traditional brick-by-brick extension.
Each project is bespoke. Homeowners choose their model, size, cladding finish and glazing configuration through our online configurator, and we tailor the internal layout and specification to their brief. The photos below capture real completed builds with matched brick, composite panel and timber cladding options, alongside sliding, bi-fold and corner-glass door configurations. Where planning consent is required we handle the applications — the majority of our extensions qualify under permitted development.
Every project follows the same four-step process.
Whether a client chooses The Haven, The Verve, The Atrium or The Nook, the process is identical: an initial online configuration and guide quote, a free site survey within five working days, a precision concrete raft foundation poured on site, and finally the prefabricated structure is craned into position, glazed and finished internally. Most projects are watertight within days of the structure arriving.
Because the walls, roof, insulation and services are engineered in a controlled factory environment rather than a rain-soaked British garden, the finish is consistent, the timeline is predictable, and the disruption to your home is measured in weeks — not months.
